Key Responsibilities
Deliver exemplary customer service via email / phone calls
As part of the Contact Center team, solve email / phone calls messaging from world leading airline customers
and handle queries about claims, Flight cancelations, baggage queries
Your Profile
Excellent speaking and writing skills in German and English – fluency in speaking and writing correctly and
at ease
Specialized skills (Airlines): Previous work experience in an international travel environment / operations is a
valuable advantage, but not mandatory
Specialized skills required: Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO /
Contact center will be an added advantage
Graduate in any discipline / Under graduates
Willingness to search for required information from customer with a strong focus on solving client s requests
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook
Able to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
