Commercial Manager
Our client is a multinational key player active within industrial sector.
Taskurile Tale
- Supervising and leading the national sales team, including training and evaluating team members' performance.
- Lead the team/department by improving motivation of the team, staff retention, continuous learning and promoting a culture of service excellence.
- Developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives in line with company goals.
- Analysing the market and identifying new trends and opportunities for expanding sales through new customer segments and distribution channels.
- Efficiently managing the sales department budget and available financial resources.
- Continuously monitoring sales performance and key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
- Providing periodic reporting of results and presenting recommendations for optimizing performance and processes.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and business partners, identifying and exploiting opportunities for collaboration and business expansion.
- Establish in person drive communication and decision-making mechanisms both internally with staff (also from other departments and peers) and externally with customers
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
- Ensuring compliance with standard business practices and relevant regulations.
Calificările Tale
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
- Previous experience in sales and/or sales management, preferably in the technical field.
- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate the team to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Remarkable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in English - advanced level (written, spoken).
- Availability to travel if necessary.
- Acts with integrity and professionalism
