Our client, a dynamic team of professionals with a wide range of expertise in hotel and restaurant management software, POS systems, takeaway and delivery systems, mobile apps and ordering kiosks is looking for a Hotel Soft Implementation Consultant.
Your Tasks
- Ensure the implementation of software solutions at customer sites by organizing and coordinating the implementation project.
- Organize and support training sessions for installed software for customer staff for proper use.
- Follow the implementation of software solutions when part of a team.
- Understand the customer's way of working and provide business or operational solutions.
- Provide post-installation/support assistance, dedicated customer consulting to ensure optimal use and operation of purchased solutions.
- Ensure that technical documentation is sent to all departments involved.
- Comply with internal quality standards.
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in implementation roles or using hotel management software.
- Hotel experience (in Operational department).
- Experience with financial accounting/ERP solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL is a plus.
- Use of Microsoft Office suite at least at an intermediate-advanced level.
- Advanced level of English.
- Driving license category B.
- French language proficiency is a plus.
