Your Tasks
The Account Manager for Modern Work Microsoft CSP will be responsible for development of sales of cloud services via the marketplace, maintaining existing revenue streams from large or strategic accounts, ensuring overall account profitability, creating long-term business plans, and achieving high customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
- Serve as the primary contact person for customers.
- Identify customer preferences for product training, selling, follow-up, and information flow.
- Monitor account developments for business growth or improved service levels.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive customer and activity plans.
- Ensure the company is a prioritized partner for customers.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the customer's organization, business concept, and key employees.
- Promote the company as the main partner, emphasizing our added value across all product areas.
- Communicate customer issues or needs to the product organization.
- Encourage customers to choose the widest possible product range from the company.
- Assist customers in setting budgets for different product areas.
- Collaborate with customers on market activities.
- Follow up on sales objectives and sell the entire product and service portfolio.
- Ensure fair treatment of customers with appropriate pricing and follow-up tasks.
- Perform tasks according to the business plan.
- Stay updated on customer information, prices, products, and technical details.
- Follow up on budgets/plans and take corrective measures for any deviations.
- Actively work towards achieving the company's goals.
