Senior Marketing Associate

Taskurile Tale
Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the central Marketing team to
develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Romanian market,
including but not limited to digital advertising, social media campaigns, influencer
partnerships, and content marketing.
Executing Campaigns: Take ownership of end-to-end execution of marketing
campaigns, from briefing to implementation, monitoring performance metrics and
optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Content Creation: Work closely with the Language Content Manager to create
localized content for marketing materials, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance
with the Romanian audience.
Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using
relevant analytics tools, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and provide regular
reports to stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Product, Sales,
and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and
ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Calificările Tale
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or related
industries. Experience in international marketing or expansion projects is a plus.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is
required.
Native Romanian speaker & fluent English speaker. Knowledge of Greek will be
considered a plus.
In-depth knowledge of the Romanian e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and
cultural nuances is essential.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage
timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive
actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Experience in digital marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to SEO,
SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
