We are seeking a talented and motivated Key Account Manager to join a leading distributor of IT products and electronics, with a strong presence in the European market. Your Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with strategic clients in the electronics and home appliance sectors, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Sales Manager to develop customized sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new clients while ensuring retention through personalized service and innovative solutions.
- Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed performance reports, analyze sales results, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies for growth.
- Market Insight: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales approaches to stay competitive and address evolving client needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive the achievement of sales targets and KPIs by closely monitoring performance metrics and refining efforts to maximize revenue.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, serving as a liaison between clients and relevant departments.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback, leading initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Qualifications
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, IT, or a related technical field. Strong knowledge of IT or electronics is essential.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Key Account Management or similar roles, preferably in FMCG, electronics retail, or IT products, with experience in technical solutions.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT and electronics, with the ability to quickly grasp and communicate product specifications and market trends.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, paired with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to motivate colleagues and align efforts toward common business goals.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs, driving portfolio growth and client retention.
