We are a leading company in the industry, providing innovative ERP software solutions specifically tailored for the HoReCa sector. As we expand our reach across international markets, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Team Lead to take charge of our marketing strategies and help shape the future of our brand
Your Tasks
As the Marketing Team Lead, you will have the freedom to design and implement bold, innovative marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives. You will play a critical role in generating leads for our B2B ERP solutions, driving our international expansion efforts, and building our employer brand. This is a highly visible role that involves close collaboration with the CEO and requires a driven, results-oriented individual who thrives under pressure.
Your Qualifications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: You will have full ownership of creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that support the company’s growth in both local and international markets, with a particular focus on France and Hungary.
- Lead generation: Drive lead generation initiatives through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and partnerships, to fuel the company’s sales pipeline for its B2B ERP solutions.
- Brand identity creation: Lead efforts to build and enhance the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Employer branding: Strengthen the company’s reputation as a top employer in the software industry by developing and executing employer branding strategies.
- Collaboration with CEO: Work directly with the CEO to align marketing efforts with the company’s broader business objectives and growth targets.
- Team leadership: Manage and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance. You will be responsible for both day-to-day management and the long-term development of the team.
- International expansion: Support the company’s expansion into international markets by localizing marketing strategies and materials for target markets such as France and Hungary.
- Monitor and analyze performance: Continuously track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal results.
- ERP and B2B marketing: Develop marketing campaigns and content tailored to the needs of B2B clients in the ERP software sector, emphasizing our value proposition to businesses in the HoReCa industry.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role, preferably within B2B technology, ERP software, or SaaS companies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies that generate leads and drive business growth.
- Experience with international markets (specifically France and Hungary) and the ability to tailor marketing initiatives for diverse cultural contexts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Passion for marketing with a creative mindset and a strong eye for detail, particularly when it comes to building a brand’s visual identity.
- Resilience under pressure: This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease. We are looking for someone with a strong personality who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is not easily overwhelmed.
