Your Tasks

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service and support to customers, assisting them with currency exchange transactions and offering top-market products. You will play a key role in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exchange services in accordance with company procedures and legal regulations, focusing on outstanding customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively represent the company during exchange operations, promoting the benefits of the process and facilitating cross-selling opportunities.
  • Execute exchange transactions while adhering to established procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Document transactions in compliance with legal criteria.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage complaints with clear, thoughtful responses.
  • Report any issues or irregularities to your supervisor.
  • Contribute suggestions and ideas for continuous improvement.




Your Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school education; 2-year vocational school or 4-year university degree preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, German) are a plus.
  • Interest in sales and customer service, with prior experience in retail, FMCG, F&B, or tourism being advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and identify customer expectations and needs.
  • Willingness to engage directly with customers, take responsibility, and deliver top-tier service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
