Team Leader
Our client, a leading multinational company specializing in foreign currency exchange, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join their team at Cluj International Airport. They are committed to providing world-class currency exchange services through innovative technology, excellent customer service, and a focus on our employees’ growth and well-being.
Your Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring service excellence in line with company standards.
- Assist On-Site Managers in managing and motivating the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Schedule and organize shifts, breaks, and day-to-day activities for CSRs.
- Handle currency management to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
- Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback, creating development plans for continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for CSRs to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to On-Site Managers regularly.
Your Qualifications
Qualifications:
- University degree.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in sales or customer service, especially in retail, FMCG, F&B, or tourism, is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
