Our client, a leading multinational company specializing in foreign currency exchange, is seeking a dedicated and experienced On Site Manager to join their team at Cluj International Airport. They are committed to providing world-class currency exchange services through innovative technology, excellent customer service, and a focus on our employees’ growth and well-being.
Your Tasks
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervision, control, monitor and performance improvement of the Work Place.
- Implement and execute policies and procedures and carry out continuous improvement plans.
- Be the first responder of the Work Place up against airport operator representatives, external entities, suppliers, etc.
- Assist in coordination with Systems, Legal, HR and Administration to determine the needs of the Work Places, communicate deviations and arrange working plans.
- Assist in capitalizing Global Exchange's operations through improvements in the operational process.
- Analyze the business process, establish the critical points where improvement is possible in order to obtain the maximum profitability at the Work Place.
- Identify tendencies in offices and counters within the WP depending on flight variations, currencies, passenger flows, etc.
- Assist in designing all processes that affect operations and standardizing procedures in order to unify and make the operations more efficient at the WP.
- Optimize resources for the best outcome at the Work Place.
- Manage the team of Supervisors to plan the operation, share critical information of the WP and standardize policies, procedures, and work criteria.
- Assist in optimizing the performance of Work Place through the collection of reports (design of required reports, analysis, drawing conclusions and making follow-up reports for each SPV).
- Carry out an evaluation of each SPV’s performance, trying to find the improvement areas for each of them and jointly designing an improvement plan which will be subsequently monitored by the Operation Manager.
- Ensure that an evaluation of each CSR’s performance to be carried out by SPV’s, the improvement areas for each of them are identified and improvement plans are designed.
- Communicate sanctions in person together with Supervisors’ team in accordance with the current code of conduct.
- Serve as channel of communication between the WP employees and the subsidiary’s management team.
- Take part in the WP employee selection process (Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors and Treasurers) and be one of the ultimate responsible for the final decision.
Your Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year university degree
- Good command of verbal and written in English (A second or third language will be a value for the position e.g. Russian, German, etc.)
- Having previous managerial experience in sales and/or customer services positions in retail, fmcg, f&b, tourism sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and to provide the best service
- Team player, self-motivated, strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in different shifts
