Your Tasks

Primary responsibilities:

  • Knowledge taking as a key expert in the Accountancy area;
  • Identification, explanation and documentation of the identified gaps between the new ERP and current local processes;
  • Definition of local requirements and security of direct and clear communication of all local specifics to the central team including the solution identification and implementation;
  • Identification and communication of existing and potential future risks to the Implementation Lead;
  • Preparation and collection of the new system data and providing the support in the data migration;
  • Testing of the solution within own work area and help with the solving of the identified issues;
  • Providing support to identify the training needs;
  • Acting as a trainer - Knowledge transfer of new processes and systems management to the end users in dedicated area;
  • Provide the support in post go live period to ensure the local processes and systems stabilization;
  • Acting as the ‚go to‘ person within own work area for local and CEE/central organization;



Specific responsibilities: 

  • Preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Leading and overseeing the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, reviewing and reconciling accounts, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Performing and reviewing reconciliations of key accounts, such as bank reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
  • Ensuring that financial practices comply with relevant accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
  • Managing the accounting for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.


Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Accountancy (at least 3 years);
  • Ability to learn and to explain complex issues comprehensively;
  • Thinking responsibly;
  • Acting entrepreneurially;
  • Growing together;
  • English language (fluent, business);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Work in ERP system (preferable);
