We are currently seeking a Technical Office Calculation Leader for our client within the construction sector, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the tender process for complex projects, including railway and other infrastructure works.

Taskurile Tale

· Lead the tender team/ manage the tender process with the team.

· Managing tender processes from initiation to submission within tight deadlines.

· Evaluate technical specifications and cost estimates in rail projects, ensuring alignment with tender requirements and budget constraints.

· Prepare the proposal & offers, lead the risk assessment, evaluate the commercial & technical impact and coordinate a cross functional bidding team.

Calificările Tale

· Experience in Railway or Infrastructure Projects: A minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management or project management within the railway or infrastructure industry.

· Knowledge of Public Tender Procedures: Understanding of Romanian tender procedures, particularly for public infrastructure projects. This includes demonstrated expertise in overseeing the development and submission of comprehensive technical and financial offers to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

· Technical and Financial Expertise: Ability to evaluate technical specifications and cost estimates in rail projects, ensuring alignment with tender requirements and budget constraints.

· Strong Communication Skills: Proficiency in Romanian and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, and internal teams.

· Leadership and Organizational Skills: Proven track record of leading teams and managing tender processes from initiation to submission within tight deadlines.

· Technical university graduate, ideally of „CFDP” (Faculty of Railways, Roads, and Bridges)
