We are looking for an Accounting and Administrative Officer who will be responsible for managing internal accounting tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and handling administrative duties related to staff management and company operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of the company by executing these responsibilities while adhering to company standards and regulations.
Your Tasks
• Manage internal invoicing and data entry into the accounting system.
• Handle online payments for internal and external invoices.
• Prepare monthly Intrastat declarations and environmental declarations.
• Serve as the point of contact between the company and outsourced accounting and HR services.
• Process daily invoices from internal suppliers and manage payments, including external payments.
• Track and maintain records of supplier payments, both internal and external.
• Record incoming and outgoing payments in both local and foreign currencies according to bank statements.
• Manage travel orders and monthly travel sheets for employees.
• Prepare daily attendance logs and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and stock records.
• Monitor and update employee health and safety documentation.
• Keep track of employee leave requests and vacation days.
• Handle accommodation arrangements for employees attending company conferences.
• Complete sponsorship contracts for clients.
• Ensure proper invoice declarations in the e-invoicing system on a weekly basis.
Your Qualifications
• Higher education, preferably in accounting or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of primary accounting (preferably in SAGA software).
• Good understanding of the company’s product catalog and relevant industry legislation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PC operation (Microsoft Office, accounting software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
