Group Financial Controller

 We are looking for a motivated, team-player and self-determined experienced professional to join our client's team as a Group Financial Controller, reporting to Deputy Group CFO. 


Your Tasks

·     Prepare the monthly management reporting package at Group level (P&L, B/S and CF) and ensure reconciliation with accounting results;

·     Ensure compliance of the group reporting package of each company with group reporting policies;

·     Prepare the yearly consolidated budgets, monthly forecasts and group strategic business plans (P&L, B/S, CF), in cooperation with the local teams;

·     Analyse and interpret financial results, while foreseeing risks and opportunities for the business:KPIs, working capital analysis (receivables, payables and inventories), cash flow reporting, analysis on business lines, variance analysiswith adequatebusiness explanations, creating a constant dialogue, proposing corrective actions, and following up;

·     Perform a periodic review of the trial balances of the companies, in order to ensure the accuracy of the local accounts and consistent accounting policies across entities;

·     Help in the external audit process, preparing various analysis as required by auditors (Big 4);

·     Support for different funding projects (data preparation, comparison and assessment of options, etc.);

·     Support the implementation of Corporate Policies and ensure the implementation of Group Financial Policies &procedures;

·     Participate in cross - functional projects and initiatives as per management requirements, financial assistance (controlling and accounting).


Your Qualifications

·     University degree in Finance or related domain;

·     ACCA/CIMA member or student is a strong plus;

·     +5 years of relevant controlling experience, ideally in a manufacturing business - costing and budgeting, forecasts and long-term plans;

·     Solid knowledge of IFRS and preparation of financial statements (P/L, B/S, CF) andconsolidation;

·     Working experience with ERP, BI, financial/management reporting systems;

·     Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

·     Very good communication skills – oral and written;

·     Fluency in English (written and spoken).
