We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join the data & analytics team of a large international manufacturing group operating across multiple countries.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy turning complex business data into clear, actionable insights, and who want to work in a modern Microsoft environment (D365 F&O, Azure, Power Platform) with real autonomy and enterprise-scale impact.

Your Tasks

Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards;
Develop robust data models, KPIs, and measures using DAX;
Connect and shape data from multiple sources (e.g., D365 F&O, SQL, Excel, cloud services);
Work with centralized semantic models/enterprise datasets (e.g., Analysis Services-style connectivity);
Improve report performance, usability, and data quality;
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful analytics solutions;
Support governance topics such as workspace structure, access concepts, and documentation.

Your Qualifications

Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI;
Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional/data modeling;
Experience integrating reporting with Dynamics 365/ERP environments;
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases;
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and a strong sense for business requirements;
Very good English skills; German is an advantage;
Understanding of BI governance, security, and deployment best practices.
