Sustainability is a key issue for Trenkwalder
Responsible corporate action in terms of sustainability is a key issue for Trenkwalder. Sustainability is therefore the core element of our actions and an integral part of our strategy. Sustainability ranges from the actions of every employee (m/f/d) to the way in which projects are carried out, occupational safety, quality management, environmental and energy management, compliance and business conduct through to dealings with interest groups. Trenkwalder acts in accordance with strict guidelines and principles that are firmly anchored in the company regulations. Our corporate responsibility is based on three pillars:

At Trenkwalder, the focus is on people. The social added value of Trenkwalder as a personnel service provider lies in finding suitable work for as many people as possible and strengthening their skills. Target group-specific support programs and further training opportunities activate potential and improve career prospects for employees and applicants. Social commitment is a top priority at Trenkwalder. We assume responsibility for society as a whole and support projects that are in line with our corporate values. Our integrated management system combines the requirements of quality management, environmental protection, conservation of (energy) resources and occupational safety. Our uniform standards are based on our uniform procedures and consistent process orientation. This forms the basis for the productivity and success of our processes and tools.
Protection of the environment and natural resources
Trenkwalder has set itself several goals to take into account the interests of environmental protection, including the reduction of necessary energy and resource requirements:
Reduction of paper consumption to less than 400 sheets / MA as part of the digitization of administration
Reduction of energy / resource requirements per external employee by 10%
Stabilization of fuel consumption to approx. 6.40 l/100km
Further development of the energy management system (raising employee awareness of energy management objectives and energy-saving opportunities, further development of management documentation, particularly with regard to data collection and analysis, initiation of savings opportunities in the context of energy resources, particularly in relation to investments in IT infrastructure, office space and office equipment)
