Your Tasks

Validates purchase requisitions, develops, and solicits bids, analyzes and evaluates responses, negotiates prices and other terms, monitors delivery, and maintains necessary records.
Evaluates supplier reliability and performance, works together with the supplier to improve both performance and reliability.
Coordinates competitive and sole source procurements to meet required purchase dates and prepares required support documentation.
Conducts major procurement negotiations involving agreements on terms and conditions prices and schedules.
Follows up, expedites, and negotiates changes relative to delivery and supplier performance.
Maintains professional relationship with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Identifying the market opportunities (economical, technological, and geographical) to satisfy the company needs.
Sets up new vendors in the system and maintains the proper records for existing vendors.

Your Qualifications

Ability to think strategically and execute when necessary to be hands on
Previous experience in a similar position (purchasing non-food products)
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.
Experience in international working environment / with multicultural teams.
Effective team player committed to organizational goals.
Experience with vendor risk management approaches and processes
Experience in contract negotiations including business, price and technical terms.
Experience in drafting contract documents including statements of work, letters of agreement, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP / Oracle is preferred.
Economical Universities or Polytechnics.
Advanced English level.
