Our client, a dynamic team of professionals with a wide range of expertise in hotel and restaurant management software, POS systems, takeaway and delivery systems, mobile apps and ordering kiosks is looking for a Hotel Soft Implementation Consultant.

Your Tasks

Ensure the implementation of software solutions at customer sites by organizing and coordinating the implementation project.
Organize and support training sessions for installed software for customer staff for proper use.
Follow the implementation of software solutions when part of a team.
Understand the customer's way of working and provide business or operational solutions.
Provide post-installation/support assistance, dedicated customer consulting to ensure optimal use and operation of purchased solutions.
Ensure that technical documentation is sent to all departments involved.
Comply with internal quality standards.
