Manage the distribution, focusing on service areas including defective products and warranties.
Maintain and enhance relationships with third-party logistics partners for warehouse management and distribution.
Supervise, mentor, and support a team of logistics staff, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.
Develop and implement strategies for efficient logistics operations, focusing on task management and deadline adherence.
Monitor and report on key logistics metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
Develops, coordinates, and implements change requests that come from internal and external partners so that our customers receive product on-time, complete, and based on their requirements. • Collaborating with different divisions within the business to optimize logistics.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Previous experience in logistics management within a B2B environment.
