Your Tasks
Experience in logistics and employee coordination (minimum 2 years);
Proactive attitude, spontaneity, flexibility, and openness to change;
PC skills (Excel reports);
Ability to handle stress and tasks that involve continuous movement and mobility;
Strong coordination, organizational, and employee interaction skills;
Availability to work in shifts (night + weekends);
Category B driving license and personal car.
Your Qualifications
Coordinate the operational flow in the warehouse;
Prepare various reports as requested by coordinators;
Oversee the reception, sorting, and dispatch of parcels according to agreed terms;
Participate in evaluating new colleagues during interviews;
Coordinate and organize the team based on established objectives;
Evaluate the team and colleagues' activities, and propose improvements for operational processes.
