We are recruiting for our client, a leading company in integrated solutions for construction and interior design. With a strong presence in the market, the company provides a diverse range of products and services, including partitioning systems, suspended ceilings, raised floors, HVAC solutions, and construction equipment. Committed to quality and innovation, they support the development of projects across various industries, delivering efficient and sustainable solutions to their clients.

Your Tasks

  • Support the sales team in promoting the product portfolio and achieving set objectives for assigned product categories.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the portfolio’s products and solutions, actively engaging in solving client issues, from technical consulting and project management to product implementation in project specifications.
  • Gather and analyze technical information about competing products, providing support to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor stock rotation, ensuring efficiency.
  • Propose new product developments and complementary products, along with promotional, clearance, and stock optimization actions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of operational quantitative and qualitative targets, in line with the strategic objectives set by the Commercial Director and approved by the General Director.
  • Develop, propose, and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed products, aiming for maximum performance and efficiency improvement while reducing costs.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers and clients in the assigned product segment.
  • Report on product performance, including self-performance or that of coordinated positions, through analyses and reports, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Train, guide, and prepare the sales team with specific product-related information to enhance their performance.


Your Qualifications

Education Level:

  • University degree in Technical, Economics, or Marketing fields.

Specialization:

  • Management / Marketing / Sales / Engineering

Practical Expertise Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing technical support and selling warm flooring solutions to end customers (B2B).

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DWG software.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Advanced English skills
  • Availability for business travel

Required Technical Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of the warm flooring market (PVC, parquet, carpet, LVT).
  • Advanced sales techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills for market, product, competition, and marketing data interpretation.
