Your Tasks
As a Learning & Development Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the professional growth of employees; This role is critical in ensuring that training programs, career development initiatives, and skill-building activities are well-structured, efficiently managed, and aligned with company objectives; You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive a culture of learning, engagement, and career progression.
- Project Coordination & Development: Oversee learning and development projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Training Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update training programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development;
- Career Development Initiatives: Identify career paths for employees and create structured career progression plans;
- Learning Platforms & Digital Training: Manage online learning platforms, ensuring employees have access to relevant training resources;
- Competency & Certification Tracking: Maintain an updated matrix of employee competencies and required industry certifications;
- Onboarding & Employee Development: Contribute to the development of onboarding programs and professional growth initiatives;
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track training impact and effectiveness through data-driven reporting, ensuring continuous improvement;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with HR, training managers, and department heads to ensure training aligns with business needs.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development project coordination;
- Strong understanding of L&D frameworks, career development strategies, and competency management;
- Experience managing training programs, digital learning platforms (LMS), and certification processes;
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills – must be comfortable delivering presentations and engaging with employees at all levels;
- Ability to analyze training needs, track effectiveness, and propose improvements;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
