We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented SureStep Sales Specialist for Azure Migrate to join a leading player in the cloud solutions market. Taskurile Tale

The SureStep Sales Specialist for Azure Migrate will be responsible for driving new Azure customer acquisitions with partners in the indirect ecosystem (Reach focus). This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in a dynamic sales environment and has the ability to pitch and understand the Azure ecosystem and its value proposition. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and focused on enabling sales to new customers through partner relationships.

Function Scope:

Define and work with a selection of new and current Azure partners for FY24 that are eager to grow their number of Azure customers:

Partners that are developing their practice and have between 3-5 customers.

Partners/Hosters with SPLA business (target via the DCO program).

Recruit new partners building an Azure practice (MW/Biz Apps partners with at least one customer add).

Build and follow up on a plan with each partner to achieve monthly Customer Add targets across selected resellers and drive usage on Microsoft programs (AMM, DCO, Migration factory).

Implement a Rhythm of Business with selected partners and local Microsoft stakeholders to track progress, provide feedback, and take corrective actions when necessary.

Assist partners in developing compelling offers that address top customer scenarios. Mobilize partners to use Microsoft resources (e.g., Coop funds, Cloud Ascent targeting data, DMC tool) and participate in Microsoft programs (e.g., SMB customer workshops, DMC content).

Utilize Microsoft targeting tools like Cloud Ascent and programs (e.g., Co-op, SMB Azure Workshops) to drive new customer conversations and identify on-prem to cloud migration opportunities.

Drive partner outreach through all available media (email, Teams, social media, and phone). Strong communication skills are essential to promote offers, campaigns, and create excitement for Microsoft and distributor partnership opportunities.

Role Description:

Mandatory attendance at Microsoft-driven SureStep events such as SureStep Summits and Bootcamps.

Represent Microsoft’s products and work towards achieving Pitch Perfect Badges as a precondition.

Actively participate in the SureStep Community for best-practice sharing.

Align the impact of top resellers with Co-op investments in the indirect channel.

Use Cloud Ascent data to drive GTM execution for the “Migrate and Secure Windows SQL and Linux Estate” cohort.


Calificările Tale

At least 1 year of work experience in a sales/marketing role in the IT industry.

Preferably experience working at a Partner, Hoster, Telco, Service Provider, or competing technology vendor.

Basic understanding of Azure and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Preferred advanced user of the Office suite.
