Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer, you will begin with 1st level technical support, allowing you to familiarize yourself with our systems, products, and clients. Based on your performance and development, you will have the opportunity to advance to 2nd or 3rd level support roles.

Handling and resolving technical inquiries from global customers, including issue diagnosis and troubleshooting via remote support tools

Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement

Proposing and implementing system optimizations, such as configuration adjustments, script deployment, and process automation

Providing consultancy and guidance on software and system functionalities, including integration with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated equipment

Performing root cause analysis of incidents and coordinating resolution across hardware, software, and network layers

Collaborating with international technical teams, software engineers, and automation specialists to ensure high system availability and performance

Documenting solutions, updating knowledge bases, and contributing to the continuous improvement of support procedures

Degree in IT, Automation, Electronics, or related field

Basic knowledge of Linux and SQL

Understanding of IT systems, networks, and remote support tools

Experience in technical or application support is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Team player with strong communication skills
