Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on site.
Ensure works are executed according to technical drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Organize workforce, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets.
Monitor site progress and report regularly to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
Enforce compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Provide technical guidance and instructions to workers.
Check completed works for quality, accuracy, and conformity with plans.
Assist in solving technical and operational issues arising on site.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and efficiency among workers.

Technical education in construction (high school diploma or vocational training; higher technical studies are an advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in civil or railway construction projects.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate construction teams.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
Romanian language at native/advanced level (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
