Lead and oversee railway and/or civil construction projects from planning through execution and delivery.
Coordinate all project phases, ensuring compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project objectives within set deadlines.
Supervise site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective execution.
Maintain direct communication with clients, authorities, and company management.
Identify risks, propose corrective measures, and ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare and present regular project reports (progress, costs, risks, milestones).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

University degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing railway or large civil construction projects (minimum 5–7 years).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of Romanian construction standards, regulations, and railway technical requirements.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
Romanian language at native/advanced level (mandatory).
Availability for travel within Romania as required by projects.
