Regional Sales Manager - Bulgaria

This position has a strong entrepreneurial component. The right person will have full autonomy in organizing activities, setting up the visit plan, defining the commercial strategy, and establishing development priorities.
The role covers Northern and Central Bulgaria.
The ideal candidate can be based in Southern or Southeastern Romania.
Your Tasks
Identify and attract relevant agricultural distributors in Bulgaria;
Establish and negotiate long-term commercial partnerships;
Analyze the market, competitors, and regional development potential;
Build a sales and distribution strategy tailored to the local market;
Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events;
Collaborate closely with internal teams in Romania (marketing, logistics, technical).
Your Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience through distributors, preferably in the agricultural field (fertilizers, seeds, nutrition, crop protection) or in similar industries (FMCG, chemicals, industrial materials);
Direct experience or strong connections with the Bulgarian market – collaborations, managed portfolios, distribution contacts;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at decision-making level;
Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of autonomy, and ability to turn opportunities into tangible results;
Advanced English skills; knowledge of Bulgarian or Russian is an advantage;
University degree completed.
