We are looking for a Project Manager for a fast-growing company operating in the SaaS – GRC & Cybersecurity space, a role with direct impact on customer relationships and on delivering a product that plays a critical role in compliance and security.

This is a customer-facing position, sitting at the intersection of sales, onboarding, and customer success, ideal for someone who wants to be involved in the entire customer journey – from the first commercial discussions to long-term platform adoption and success.

Your Tasks

Participate in sales calls together with the Sales team, presenting the platform from a practical and operational perspective
Coordinate customer onboarding after contract signature (configuration, training, go-live)
Act as the main point of contact for customers post-implementation
Monitor customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, GRC, Management)

Your Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management / Customer Success / Implementation roles (SaaS, B2B)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Structured thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and strong ownership
Experience in compliance, GRC, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
